Hospice Licensed Vocational Nurse - Full Time

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in HospiceAs the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Hospice is responsible for providing quality patient care and performing technical skilled care in the patient's home.Primary Responsibilities:Performs skilled nursing services under the supervision of a staff RN dailyAdministers prescribed medications and treatments as permitted by state regulationsAssists the physician and/or staff RN in performing specialized procedures as neededAssists the patient with daily activities and encourages appropriate self-care dailyReports to the patient's physician and other appropriate personnel regarding pertinent changes in the patient's condition as neededPerforms complex wound care if in-service is documented for specific procedure daily or as neededYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Current and unrestricted LPN licensure in state of practiceCurrent driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportationPreferred Qualifications:Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hireHospice experiencePay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $25.20 to $37.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
