Home Health Care HHA -Flexible

Accelerated Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide personal care and supportive services to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or other licensed professional.

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) : bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, dressing, feeding, and mobility.

Perform light housekeeping including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.

Provide companionship and emotional support.

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with agency policies and regulations.

Follow all care plans, safety guidelines, infection control procedures, and HIPAA requirements.

Current Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification (state-approved).

Completion of required state and agency onboarding/credentialing.

Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, Hospice Aide, or CNA.

Experience with hospice or terminally ill patients (if applicable).

Care provided in patients' homes; travel between clients may be required.

Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
