ONBOARDING SPECIALIST
Location: Corona, California (Bilingual Spanish Required)Schedule: Full-Time-Hybrid | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Travel: Occasional local travel as needed

At Inland Respite, we provide high-quality, compassionate respite care to families of individuals with developmental disabilities. Our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in supporting candidates through a positive, organized, and compliant onboarding experience from intake through orientation.
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will provide administrative support throughout the onboarding process for candidates referred by the Intake Department for employment as Respite Care Providers (RCPs). Once all onboarding requirements are complete, you will hire candidates in ADP Lyric and prepare them for orientation.
Review I-9s, W-4s, certifications, auto insurance, and supporting documentation.
Hire candidates in ADP Lyric once onboarding requirements have been satisfied.
Participate in special projects and department initiatives as assigned.
Support onboarding process improvements and workflow efficiencies.
Cross-train and provide support to other administrative functions as needed.
Assist with special projects and department initiatives.
2+ years of administrative, onboarding, HR, or office support experience.
Experience working within multiple systems and databases.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Office-based environment.
Frequent sitting and use of a computer.
Frequent phone, email, and system-based communication.
Occasional local travel as needed.
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch.
This position is primarily office-based.
