Head of Product Management & Innovation

Director, Product Management – Payments Product Management at Capital One will lead the strategic evolution of the Payments Platform, leveraging emerging innovations to unlock transformative value for customers and the enterprise.
Partner closely with Technology to ensure the platform architecture can support existing and emerging value drivers.
Ensure the platform is accurate and performant.
Develop and align on the platform’s data posture.
Human Centered – Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions.
Business Focused – Delivers game‑changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence.
Integrated Problem Solving – Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks.
Transformational Leadership – Leads cross‑functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.
At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management.
Currently holds or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or MBA with a quantitative concentration in fields such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
