Essential Job Functions

Develop and implement strategies that satisfy customer needs through a full array of products and services.

Use judgment and discretion to ensure uninterrupted flow of business.

Communicate verbally and in writing with co‑workers and customers, acting as liaison between customers and Company’s internal departments to ensure cohesive business flow.

Use office equipment such as computer terminals, copiers, and FAX machines.

Sit and stand for extended periods, maintain hearing and vision within normal ranges, and devote substantially more than 50 percent of working hours outside any Company office to meet with customers and potential customers seeking residential mortgage financing.

Responsibilities

Verify, compile, and input application information for mortgage loans.

Discuss and advise clients on their home loan options.

Review residential loan application files to verify that application data is complete and meets establishment standards, including mortgage type and amount, borrower assets, liabilities, and length of employment.

Inform supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Hold a current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.

Qualifications

Have applicable state licensing.

Prefer two to five years of experience.

Meet at least one of the following options: Actively fund more than 2 loans per month.
Complete Xinnix Training for Loan Origination.
Have an origination mentor assigned by branch who funds more than 2 loans per month (see PRMG Loan Officer Mentor Agreement).

Skills

Make sound judgments on the resolution of service, credit decision, funding, and post‑close issues.

Problem‑solve and exercise independent judgment while displaying high initiative.

Handle detailed assignments and maintain confidentiality.

Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organize workload and delegate responsibilities effectively.

Travel

May be required.
