As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and provide wound care and other treatments as needed. Your expertise and compassion will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents and their families, providing them with peace of mind and a sense of security.

Provide direct patient care to residents, including administration of medications, wound care, and other treatments

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Assess and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and outcomes
