Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Pay: $2137 - $2575 | Shift: 3x12 Rotating

Are you an experienced Operating Room Nurse seeking your next adventure? Do you excel in high-pressure environments and have a passion for providing exceptional patient care in a Level I trauma center? Join our healthcare partner in Des Moines, IA, where you'll be part of a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art facility. This role requires a skilled RN who can both scrub and circulate, with experience in a variety of surgical cases, including general, robotics, pediatrics, and trauma. As a vital member of the team, you'll be expected to float across multiple campuses, ensuring comprehensive care for all patients.

Manage patient care in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Utilize EPIC electronic medical systems efficiently

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide top-notch care

Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as required

Current Iowa or compact state RN license

Experience with EPIC systems within the last 3 years

Previous travel assignment completed within the last 15 months

Experience in general, robotics, pediatrics, and trauma cases required

Additional experience in neurology, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, transplants, plastics, ENT, and vascular cases highly preferred
