The Lehigh Valley IronPigs strive to provide a positive and memorable experience for every guest every time.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Excellent customer service skills

Demonstrates outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to stand and walk for extended hours (up to 8 hours)

Must be able to lift 25lbs. occasionally

Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Previous experience as a server, runner, or other related role preferred

Job Responsibilities:

All Food and Beverage attendants may be considered for cross-training in multiple locations of the ballpark at managements discretion. General responsibilities for all positions include but are not limited to:

Ensures hospitality areas are stocked with proper food, beverage, and product before and during event

Communicate in a timely manner with the kitchen staff regarding the amount of food on hand and its quality

Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas

Maintains knowledge of menu items and all other offerings offered

Provides an elevated level customer service, and anticipating guests needs

Break down and clean food service areas and equipment post event and return equipment to proper storage areas

Inventory all products at the beginning and end of each event

Maintains a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.

Staff Uniform:

IronPigs Black Polo Shirt (provided)

Black pants (associates responsibility)

Close-toed comfortable shoes; non-skid shoes highly recommended (associates responsibility)

Job Type: Part-time Seasonal

Pay Compensation: $13. Hourly
