Hillside Plaza is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Social Worker to help lead and support our Social Services Department. If you're passionate about advocacy, care coordination, and improving lives in a healthcare setting, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate social services programs
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Support residents and families with emotional, social, and transitional needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote holistic care
Advocate for residents' rights and well-being
Bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited school
Minimum 2 years of supervised social work experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Long-term care experience preferred

~ Daily Pay: Get up to 50% of your earnings the next day
