Warehouse Responsible and Delivery

Warehouse ManagerOversee daily grocery warehouse operation, from receiving and storage to packaging, shipping, and delivery. In this role, you will lead warehouse associates, maintain inventory accuracy, support safe and efficient operations, and manage document control, facility maintenance, and assigned equipment.Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy of 99% or greater, managing warehouse operations within established expense budgets, overseeing proper merchandise storage, developing and maintaining efficient delivery schedules, monitoring common carriers, maintaining a safe work environment, managing shelf life and stock rotation, hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating warehouse associates, ensuring security systems function properly, and ensuring compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations and sanitation codes.Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent experience, at least 5+ years of warehouse experience, previous supervisory experience preferred, experience with automated shipping and inventory management systems preferred, ability to communicate effectively, valid driver's license, willingness and ability to work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather conditions, familiarity with interstate and intrastate less-than-truckload shipping requirements, ability to see and listen while performing job duties, ability to lift 50 pounds and push or pull 50 pounds, ability to operate mechanical equipment, and ability to climb.About Us: Acosta is a part of Acosta Group – a collective of the industry's most trusted retail, marketing and foodservice agencies reimagining the way people connect with brands at every point in their shopping journey.
