Previous dispatching, customer service, or office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Our dispatchers are the communication hub of the company. Every day you'll work closely with customers, service professionals, and managers to ensure every job runs smoothly from start to finish.

After completing your training, you'll be responsible for:

Matching the right technician, equipment, and information to every service call

Maintaining communication with customers throughout the service process

Monitoring technician progress and adjusting schedules as priorities change

Providing exceptional customer service on every interaction

Utilizing Service Titan and other technology to manage daily operations

Deliver outstanding customer experiences

Communicate effectively with customers and teammates

Help maintain high customer satisfaction scores and Google reviews
