Fine Dining Line Cook
We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber Fine Dining Line Cook to join our elite culinary team. Our premier, multi-level venue features an elegant fine dining room, a busy casual floor, and a vibrant cocktail lounge. Hourly Wage: $18.00 $25.00 / hour (Based on fine dining experience).
Position Type: Full-Time, Contract (No benefits provided)
Perks: Free shift meals, professional culinary networking, and an advanced scratch kitchen environment.
Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
Assist with prep work and inventory management.
Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff.
2+ years of line cook experience inside an upscale or fine dining scratch kitchen.
- Advanced knife skills, complex prep execution, and refined tasting palate.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of food safety, meat temperatures, and kitchen sanitation.
- High physical stamina to stand for long shifts and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary school degree or apprenticeship is a strong plus but not required.
Full-time schedule.
Open availability for evenings, holidays, and weekends is strictly required.
