Salesperson for Retail Sales

Position Overview Location: 1215 E. McGalliard Rd., Muncie, Indiana 47303. Brand: EZPawn.

Pay range is based on experience from $12.00/hr to $14.00/hr. Competitive pay, uncapped bonus potential, and a range of benefits.

We are looking for Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Members to lead the way today and step into greater roles tomorrow.

Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting with them in person and on the phone.

Process sales, loans, and extensions.

Perform opening and closing store duties.

Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets us apart from the competition.

Career Path Start as a trainee in our 5‑week paid training program. Earn a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion. Continue growth through the Pawnbroker Certification Program to earn an additional $1/hour. Potential to advance to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader) and eventually Assistant Manager with a 6‑month training program to run your own store.

Requirements High school diploma or GED.

Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self‑motivated with a positive, outgoing personality and strong work ethic.

Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.

Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test, performed after a conditional offer.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics (plus).
