Machine Minder (3rd Shift)

We are seeking Machine Operators in Yadkinville, NC for day and night shifts.
The Machine Operator will be responsible for threading texturing machines and ensuring the yarn and fiber runs properly through the machine by performing quality checks and repairing ends that have been broken. In addition, the machine operator is required to participate and support safety processes and initiatives.

We now offer new competitive hourly rates starting at $20.16, with top pay up to $22.54. In addition, our shift premiums $1.00 for 12-hour night shifts.

We offer 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule. The shifts we are seeking to fill are 12-hour night shifts.

Basic computer skills

2 years previous textile machine operating experience is preferred, but not required (training is provided).

Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality standards.

Understanding of production procedures within a manufacturing setting.
