Commercial Litigation Attorney Needed Immediately

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has immediate openings for Commercial Litigation Attorneys in our Las Vegas office, seeking candidates with one to four years of experience. All experience levels are welcome to apply.

Our practice groups have openings for defense litigators with a variety of practice area experience, including Employment, Complex Commercial, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product Liability, and General Liability.

Candidates must be team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, strong academic backgrounds, proven research abilities, and be self‑students who can handle assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Nevada.

We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including eligibility for discretionary and performance-based bonuses, and student loan repayment assistance. The base salary ranges are:

Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000-$165,000;

Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000-$215,000;

Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000-$275,000+.
