Maintenance Crew Member
Join our maintenance team performing hands-on property repairs, painting, pressure washing, and outdoor maintenance every day.
Join a professional property management team dedicated to maintaining safe, clean, and well-kept residential communities. The maintenance team plays a vital role in preserving the appearance and functionality of buildings, amenities, and common areas while delivering exceptional service to residents.

~Maintenance Crew Member Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm)
Perform general property maintenance, including pressure washing, painting, and gutter cleaning.
Assist with carpentry, concrete work, road maintenance, and minor repair projects.
Clean roofs, remove debris, and help maintain pools, tennis courts, and common areas.
Load and move materials, set up ladders and scaffolding, and maintain a safe work area.
Complete assigned work orders and support the maintenance team with daily property upkeep.
Maintenance Crew Member Qualifications:
Previous maintenance, construction, or general labor experience preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
