Hospice Nurse Administrator (Nursing Administrator )

Heartland Hospice

Heartland Hospice, part of ProMedica, is seeking a Hospice RN Administrator to lead our interdisciplinary hospice team. The Administrator oversees clinical operations, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and patient-care programs across home and facility settings. Responsibilities include supervising nursing and support staff, managing budgets and staffing, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining survey readiness. The role partners closely with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and families to support individualized end-of-life care focused on comfort, dignity, and cultural sensitivity while fostering a collaborative, mission-driven work environment.
