• Overtime: After 40 hours/week at +$10/hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week contract at a skilled nursing and long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to patients, helping them regain independence and improve daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and daily functioning
Monitor and document patient progress
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Requirements:
Active Montana COTA license (required)
Minimum 1 year of experience
Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) preferred
