CNA Requirements: Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (per state requirements)
Ability to work every other weekend
Compliance with the state's Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
Proficiency in performing technical skills required of a nursing assistant
Positive and compassionate attitude toward residents and visitors
Energetic, professional, and reliable work ethic
As a Skilled, Compassionate CNA, You Will: Ensure resident safety by following proper infection control policies and procedures
Remain calm under stress while maintaining a “can-do” attitude
Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning
Support residents in looking and feeling their best while encouraging independence
Empower residents to function at their highest possible level
