Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a CVICU position requiring a minimum of 1 year of CVICU experience and Epic EMR proficiency, working night shifts every other weekend.
Details

CVICU setting within a hospital environment
Cardiovascular ICU patient population with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
Every other weekend coverage required
Floating to other units and/or campuses may be required based on census needs; float assignments will only be to units where competency has been demonstrated
Epic EMR experience required
Requirements

Active RN license (SC or Compact) currently in hand
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
Minimum 1 year of recent CVICU experience required
Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
Driver's license and Social Security Number required for consideration
Additional Information

Green scrubs required
Two professional references required for consideration
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the Prisma Health Richland campus to be eligible for this position; candidates residing under 50 miles are ineligible
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from every Prisma Health flagship hospital (Prisma Richland or Prisma Greenville) to qualify under the Adult ICU mileage exception
