COMPTROLLER (No Remote)

Hybrid Litigation Legal Assistant / 2 days remote Remote/ 401K Match / Great Benefits/ Amazing Office/ Litigation

Conduct state filing online federal filing using ECF/Pacer.

Coordinate billing procedures and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

Prepare folders and necessary documents for paralegals and attorneys.

Conduct legal research to support case development and strategy.

Provide litigation support, including document review and preparation of legal correspondence.

Manage complex civil litigation and appeals litigation cases.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a legal environment.

Proficiency in legal case management and legal assistance.

Experience with legal software, specifically compulaw docketing and ECF/Pacer.

Demonstrated expertise in litigation support, document review, and preparation of legal correspondence.

Proven experience handling complex civil litigation and appeals litigation.
