R&J Capital Group, LLC is a rapidly growing mortgage brokerage licensed in CA CO CT DC FL IN MD NC NJ NY PA SC TN TX VA.
We're looking for motivated, self-driven Mortgage Loan Originators who want to grow their business with a brokerage that provides the products, support, and technology to help them succeed.

Qualifications
Active NMLS license or registration
Minimum 1 year of mortgage origination experience preferred
Strong sales and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
