shift Restaurant Server -

Position: Server
Our Servers know our menus inside and out. Servers must take pride in providing attentive, friendly, and sanitary service. We serve high-quality food and great drinks in a fun atmosphere! Our Management Team is hands-on and always willing to lend a hand or teach our team something new; Most importantly they will support you in ensuring all points of service are completed throughout the Guest's dining experience.
Key Performance Elements/Essential Functions
Hospitality to our Guests
Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the food, beverages, and ingredients
Makes food recommendations to guests and answers all menu and service-related questions.
Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations.
Follows company policy in handling guest allergies/intolerances, ensuring guests receive "safe" meals.
Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return.
Handles guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return to the restaurant again.
Hospitality to your Team
Completes all assigned tasks and duties assigned by managers/supervisors.
Follow proper cash-out/check-out procedures before leaving at the end of a shift.
Assists fellow team members as needed to ensure our guests receive the highest standard of food, beverage, and hospitality.
Hospitality to Restaurant
Inspects restrooms, dining room, and wait area, cleans as needed, and reports any unsafe conditions to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
Assists in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant.
Able to speak to the restaurant's story and mission statement.
Passion for hospitality, providing exceptional service, and creating memorable dining experiences.
