As a Merchandiser, you will bring GALLO brands to life in the marketplace by providing merchandising support and service across assigned accounts. You will work alongside Division Field Service Representatives and distributor sales teams to help ensure products and displays are presented effectively.
In this active, customer-facing role, you will visit accounts, move and arrange cases of wine, build displays, and demonstrate merchandising techniques. You will also help develop positive relationships with current and prospective customers while contributing to design discussions when appropriate.
You will manage your time and account responsibilities while following applicable quality, environmental, and safety requirements. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to the customer experience and strengthen GALLO’s presence in the market.

High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
Required to travel by automobile to perform job duties.
Experienced in writing simple correspondence and procedures.
Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Required to be 18 years or older. 1 year of merchandising experience; experience merchandising for a distributor.

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting and requires regular travel within your assigned territory. Occasional travel to company sites may be required as needed.
