Lead a Preschool classroom

Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development

Foster independence, creativity, and kindergarten readiness skills

Observe and track developmental progress and classroom activities

Mentor Assistant Teachers and contribute to overall classroom success

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to meet Florida childcare licensing requirements

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Employment is contingent upon passing a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. 1+ year of experience in a licensed childcare center, preschool, daycare, or early learning environment

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Experience as a Preschool Teacher, Childcare Teacher, Daycare Teacher, Toddler Teacher, Early Childhood Educator, or Lead Teacher
