State Fund, California's largest provider of workers' compensation insurance, is seeking passionate individuals for Senior Workers' Compensation Insurance Representative positions in Sacramento, Pleasanton, Fresno, Glendale and San Diego.

Our Small Commercial Operations team needs professionals who excel at analyzing risks, conducting evaluations, performing diverse duties, and maintaining key relationships. You'll be responsible for performing diversified responsibilities relating to the success of the Small Commercial Operations team, including handling the most sensitive client contacts.

Strong analytical skills to interpret and apply laws, regulations, and policies
Capability to develop and deliver training and presentations
California laws and other states' laws relating to workers' compensation and their interpretation Insurance manual of workers' compensation classes and rates

Effective July 1, 2025, the State of California implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) which reduces an employee's monthly salary in exchange for leave credits. Employees appointed to this classification will have their monthly salary reduced and will accrue hours of PLP 2025 on the first day of each pay period in accordance with the applicable bargaining contract.
