Plumber (Full-Time 1st shift)

Job Description

A fast-growing plumbing and water mitigation company is seeking a dependable and experienced Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated professional who can handle a variety of plumbing tasks and has familiarity with water mitigation services. This is a field‑based role requiring someone who can work independently and take initiative on job sites.

Key Responsibilities

Perform residential and light commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and troubleshooting

Respond to plumbing emergencies and water damage mitigation calls

Diagnose issues and propose appropriate repair or replacement options

Collaborate with customers, team members, and project managers to complete jobs efficiently

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours logged

Follow all safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands‑on plumbing experience

Own vehicle capable of transporting tools and materials

Own plumbing tools and equipment

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

Licensed or certified plumber (as required by local/state regulations)

IICRC certification in water restoration (preferred but not required)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
