You will guide borrowers in Montgomery through refinance, purchase, HELOC, reverse mortgage, and seller packages, notarize the required documents, and return the completed package by the deadline.
Conduct mobile and remote notarization of mortgage loan documents for clients in Montgomery and surrounding areas.
Accurately complete notarial certificates and keep a complete notary journal and log.
Return signed loan packages to the lender, title, or escrow company by the required deadline.
Ensure compliance with Alabama and federal notary laws and regulations.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive borrower documents.
Provide exceptional customer service and professional communication with borrowers and clients.
S. citizen with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Active Notary Public commission in your state of residence.
Proficient with remote notarization platforms and technology.
Knowledge of mortgage documents and loan signing terminology.
Familiarity with state and federal notary laws and regulations.
High speed internet connection, a reliable computer with a camera and microphone, a printer, a mobile phone, reliable transportation, and a home office set up.
