Treatment Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN )

Location: Oak Haven Rehabilitation and Care Center, Center Point, Louisiana

Join our compassionate team at Venza Care, delivering expert-led support at Oak Haven Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center! Within our growing network, we are dedicated to setting new standards in long-term care.

Administer wound care treatments including dressing changes, debridement, and documentation

• Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, and therapists to deliver coordinated care
• Educate staff, patients, and families on wound care management and prevention
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical records in the electronic medical record system
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols in all aspects of wound care delivery

Current and unencumbered LPN license in the state of Louisiana

• Previous experience in wound care or completion of wound care certification preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge of wound healing, infection control, and pressure ulcer prevention
