About Us Minto's Casa Montessori and Childcare is a nurturing and vibrant Montessori dedicated to fostering a love of learning in young children. Our school provides a supportive environment where children thrive through hands-on, individualized learning experiences. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Preschool Teacher to join our team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Montessori-trained teacher to guide our preschool students (ages 2 1/2 - 6 Yrs) in a prepared Montessori environment. The ideal candidate will inspire a love of learning, promote independence, and create a warm, inclusive classroom community.

Plan and implement Montessori curriculum for preschool-aged children, fostering intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

Observe and assess each child’s progress, tailoring instruction to meet individual needs.

Foster independence, self-discipline, and respect in students through Montessori principles.

Work closely with colleagues to support school-wide goals and initiatives.

Participate in professional development and school events.

Montessori certification (AMS, AMI, or equivalent) for the preschool level (ages 3-6).

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Montessori or early childhood education setting (preferred). With minimum of 2 years(preferred) as lead teacher.

Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development.

Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.

Background check and fingerprinting required.
