As a Remote Client Success Specialist , you'll work directly with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, helping them understand available benefits, complete enrollments, and receive exceptional ongoing service.

This role combines customer service, relationship management, and professional growth in a collaborative remote environment.

Client Success & Support

Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations

Guide clients through enrollment and application processes

Respond promptly to client questions and service requests

Assist clients with policy reviews, updates, and ongoing support

Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service

Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs

Strengthen communication, leadership, and client service skills

Collaborate with a supportive remote team
