Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to evaluate and develop treatment plans for assigned patients in accordance with their needs and goals. This role emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective therapy delivery and promotes a safe working and treatment environment.
Document patient care including evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge plans in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes and ensure safety standards are upheld.
Educate patients, families, and students regarding treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.
Assist in maintaining a safe clinical environment, identifying risks, and adhering to safety policies.
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Valid state license for physical therapy assistant in good standing.
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, adhering to a 5x8.0 shift structure.
