PRN RRT - Respiratory Care

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to deliver specialized pulmonary care within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will perform comprehensive respiratory assessments, manage ventilators and oxygen therapy, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress to support recovery and functional independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families on respiratory self-care, and uphold our culture of high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
