If you're a hard worker with a great attitude and a clean driving record, this is your chance to get paid $25.00 per hour while you train and then transition into a $27.00 per hour full-time CDL driving role.
No CDL? 25.00 per hour during your training phase

• Complete a weeklong classroom course, behind-the-wheel training, and road test
• Earn your Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement
• Step into a full-time Local Driver role at $27.00 per hour

Training Timeline
You can complete the full process and start your driving career in as little as 3 weeks! Once You're a CDL Driver, You'll:

Operate a garbage truck safely on local routes
Collect solid waste and recyclables from residential and commercial customers
Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
Provide friendly, professional service to customers
A valid Class D license and ability to obtain a CDL permit within 90 days of start date

• A clean driving record
• Strong communication + basic reading/writing skills (English required)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ year of general work experience (related experience is a plus)
