Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time- Healthcare

Role Overview
Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals or a Registered Nurse (RN). Maintains accountability for patient care, coordinates with other departments, and ensures patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. Performs duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with successful licensure.

Current LPN license and compliance with State Board of Nursing requirements.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, and turn patients, with physical capacity to handle up to 50 pounds.

Open to both new and experienced LPNs.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, with additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E.) based on unit needs.

Preferred certifications include IV certification within one year of hire.

Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care following standards and protocols.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient treatment.

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.

Perform physical duties such as patient handling and assisting with mobility.
