Overview Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position: RN, Adolescent and Young Adult Psychiatry

Highland Park Hospital, Highland Park, IL

Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (32 hours)

Hours: Evening Shift (3:00-11:30pm) Rotating Weekends/Holidays are required

Responsibilities Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for an inpatient adolescent and young adult psychiatry unit, patients aged 12-22

Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care

Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel, such as mental health associates, in delivering psychiatric patient care

Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care

Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote a high quality patient experience

Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of Illinois required

Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required

Experience: Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience; Benefits (For full time or part time positions) Premium pay such as shift, on call, holiday & more based on employee's job
