Identify and compute labor, material, and time costs by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications and other bid documents.

Strong working knowledge of estimating software like Cost-OS, OST and Planswift

Working knowledge of programs such as Bluebeam, Excel, and Word

3+ years previous commercial construction experience with public, private or federal projects is required

Visit project and pre-bid meetings to understand site conditions/scope.

High-rise structures including hotels, apartments, and office

Industrial manufacturing

Physical requirements for this role may include but not limited to walking, standing, operating tools / equipment, and lifting items (up to 25lbs).
