In Room Dining Server

Join our team as an In-Room Dining Server and become part of the Auberge Family. We are looking for a service-driven hospitality professional who is passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences in the comfort of our guests' rooms. Accurately and quickly take and place orders and input them into the POS system ensuring correct timing and billing.

Relate with guests about needs, and satisfaction with the beverage and drinks, ensuring a consistently caring and high-quality service

Retrieve orders from the POS system and communicate any special requests or modifications to the kitchen. Operate, maintain, and properly clean all restaurant equipment and fittings

Ensure that the food delivery is tidy and keep an accurate par of food items such as beverages and snacks, as well as non-food items like menu cards, napkins, straws, etc. Use safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by using proper skills and food safety guidelines

Clean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars; report damage, or malfunctioning units

Check quality and expiration of all items; Minimum of one year experience in customer service or the food service / hospitality industry.

Must meet the minimum age requirements for food and alcohol service.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.

Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate and alcohol training certifications.
