Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

Save-A-Lot

Save-a-Lot Store Director oversees daily store operations, financial results and profitability, while supervising staff and ensuring safety and customer service. You will manage merchandising, advertising decisions and the overall store image.

The role requires at least five years of retail management, strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication, and the ability to hire, train and discipline employees; travel to the corporate office for meetings and training is required.
