Blackstone Consulting, Inc is hiring for our clients Corporate Caffe!

This client is seeking individuals who have a passion for food and service!

You won't be required to work nights or weekends and will be able to maintain a stable work life balance with their Tuesday through Friday schedule.

Do you possess a real passion for food, coffee, and espresso? As a Barista/FOHA, you will play a rare role blending culinary arts with extraordinary service. You will be responsible for your espresso bar, health & safety standards, standards for speed, quality, and consistency with a high level of customer service and guest relations. We will teach you everything you need in our Barista training program where you will thrive with our hands-on trainers guiding you through our program designed to bring our knowledge to your unique style. This position is based on site.

Provide excellent customer service

Creating and serving up tasty Coffee & Tea based drinks in a timely manner

Keeping counters clean and stocked -cleaning soda machines -brewing coffee for breakfast service -brewing tea for lunch service -answering customer questions -cutting lemons

Strong listening skills and verbal communication to connect with our customers.

We need you to also have organizational skills that will amaze customers.

Count yourself as a culinary artist of espresso. We know you as one of our baristas will be passionate, and bring artistry and attention to detail to every amazing espresso served.

We look for talent with 1-4 Years of experience in customer service or high volume food service - preferably larger, innovative corporate programs, in house or 3rd party but may also be food & beverage experience in a full-service hotel, resort or multi-restaurant chain.

Extraordinarily Service Oriented - a demonstrable high level of customer service is absolutely mandatory

Dynamic and agile - highly organized, ability to switch between locations and job duties

Approved Food Handler's Card and non-slip shoes prior to first day of work

Schedule: Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday (No nights, weekends, or Holidays) AM Shift

High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Extraordinarily Service Oriented - a demonstrable high level of customer service is mandatory

Dynamic and agile - highly organized, ability to switch between locations and job duties

We do have environmental exposure to cold, heat and water in our kitchens and restaurants.
