Warehouse Material Handler - Forklift Required
Superior Bins Limited
Typical schedule is Monday-Thursday 7 am - 5:30 pm (Busy season will include Fridays)
The Forklift Operator/Material Handler is responsible for maintaining inventory in an assigned department by loading and unloading pallets of metal products with a forklift.
Essential Job Functions Efficiently and accurately load and unload of products and supplies operating a forklift
Ensure the proper and safe loading and unloading of products for easy accessibility
Inspect forklifts and other equipment to ensure its in safe working condition
Operate forklift safely and according to the safe operating procedures
Assist with maintaining an organized and clean warehouse
Proper packing, labeling, and tagging of the inventory
Conducting cycle counts of inventory
Qualifications 2 years of forklift operation experience preferred
Ability to multi-task, handle multiple priorities and work in a repetitive and fast-paced environment
Ability to work outdoors routinely
Physical Demands Routinely walking, standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, stooping, reaching, and handling
