Management Writer

As a Customs Entry Writer you play a critical role in ensuring our customers' imports move smoothly, compliantly, and on time. You will manage end-to-end customs brokerage operations for a dedicated portfolio of accounts, partnering closely with customers, carriers, government agencies, and internal teams.

What You'll Do You will take ownership of daily customs brokerage operations for assigned customers, including:

Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, responding to questions and providing timely, accurate shipment updates

Customs entries and Partner Government Agency (PGA) filings, ensuring full regulatory compliance

Coordinate shipment clearance with freight forwarders, steamship lines, airlines, and container freight stations (CFS) to ensure timely release

Complete customer billing, delivery orders, and required operational reports

Maintain and update customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed

Collaborate closely with teammates and cross-functional partners to support coverage, cross-training, and peak-volume needs

High attention to detail and data accuracy

Strong adherence to company policies and all CBP and PGA regulations

Proactive communication and follow-through with customers and internal partners

Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)

Customs House Broker License preferred but not required
