Check out our website: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join Select Hospice. In this role, you will provide hands-on personal care to patients in their homes, focusing on comfort, dignity, and quality of life. You will support patients and their families during end-of-life care while working under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).

Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, oral care, feeding, and elimination

Measure and document vital signs and observations as directed

Travel to and care for multiple hospice patients per day in their residences, following individualized plans of care

Follow RN care plans and agency policies

Regular use of phone, computer, and presentation tools.

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Current CNA license in the state which you are applying (required)

Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience (required)
