HCC Coder - Medical Records Coding (REMOTE)
Veterans Health Administration
Veterans Health Administration, within the Department of Veterans Affairs, seeks a Medical Records Technician (Coder-Outpatient and Inpatient) in the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System. This role codes inpatient and outpatient encounters using ICD, CPT, and HCPCS, and may educate staff on coding and documentation.
