1-1 School Nurse

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a School Nurse for the 2026-2027 school year in Federal Way, Washington. This is an in-person 1:1 position serving a student with health needs. Position: School Nurse (RN or LPN) : 1-1 support

School Setting

Valid Washington State RN license or LPN License in Good Standing (DOH or compact)

Seizure monitoring experience

Fingerprinting and background check required prior to start

Previous experience in school nursing, pediatrics, or public health preferred
