TES Staffing is partnering directly with Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) to hire multiple full-time Dining Team Members across RIT's campus.

These are 40-hour-per-week positions with consistent, set schedules, and many are intended to become permanent RIT positions after approximately three months.

Working through TES is an opportunity to get your foot in the door at RIT, demonstrate what you can do, and move through the permanent-hire process quickly rather than simply submitting an application and hoping to hear back.

If you're reliable, ready to work and looking for stability, this could be an excellent opportunity, even if you don't have years of food-service experience.

GUARANTEED FULL-TIME HOURS All positions are 40 hours per week.

RIT is an extremely diverse and inclusive campus community. You'll interact with students and employees from many different backgrounds and abilities, and respect for others is an absolute expectation.

RIT is not the easiest campus to reach using public transportation, particularly for very early morning or later evening shifts.

However, experienced bus riders may absolutely be able to make certain schedules work. There is bus access to the Wegmans/Highland Drive area, where employees may be able to connect with an RIT shuttle that runs to campus. TES Staffing provides an organized onboarding process before your first regular shift. You'll attend orientation, complete required safety and compliance training, and get familiar with campus and your work location.

On your first day, you'll report directly to your Dining location and receive hands-on training from your team.
