Service Department Receptionist

Job Description
Job Description We are in need of an automotive receptionist in our service department. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling repair appointments, assist with customer vehicle rentals, filing and processing customer billing. Excellent communication skills needed to work with vehicle owners, service advisors and technicians to ensure a smooth flow of the repairs.
