Concierge / Customer Service Reception

Department: 815 Human Resources Location: Cleveland, OH Our Front Desk Concierge will greet and assist a diverse group of internal and external clients via email, phone calls, and face-to-face interaction while providing a high level of service and professional etiquette. This position plays a crucial role in our Global Headquarters facility and ensures the highest level of luxury service and attention to detail to all clients and processes.
