Head of Programme Management

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer / Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the estimation and coordination of projects related to the installation of above-ground fuel tanks and systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Job Description:
Collaborating with the sales and engineering teams to develop comprehensive project estimates.
Coordinating various phases of project development from conception through to completion.
Preparing detailed cost analyses and project timelines.
Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Conducting site visits and assessments as necessary for accurate project scoping.
Working closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
Providing technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensuring all projects comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project estimation and coordination, preferably in the fuel system installation industry.
Strong understanding of above-ground fuel storage systems and associated components.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Location:
The position is based at our Bushnell, FL office with occasional site visits as required by the projects.
