Host/Hostess-Evenings and Weekends

Admissions Team Members are responsible for ensuring the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of their assigned work location, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of their work location in both guest view and back areas while providing excellent Guest Service. Admissions Team Members work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and often perform physically demanding tasks. Maintain excellent Guest Service and ensure guest problems are handled appropriately including directing, answering questions, interacting positively, and resolving concerns

• Operate assigned Admissions locations in a safe, efficient manner in accordance with company policy and procedure
• Enforce and adhere to all departmental, park, and safety policies and procedures
• Operate cash register and have a thorough knowledge of procedures used in handling, recording, and counting money
• Complete PCI/Cash Handling training; perform in a manner compliant with company policies and procedures, including cash and credit card handling
• Protect company assets: money, merchandise, and equipment. Ensure compliance with all Herschend Family Entertainment and Wild Adventures policies and procedures
• Satisfies Wild Adventure's standards for performance and conduct. Work Environment: This position requires outdoor work in all weather conditions and in the presence of dust and odors. Currently enrolled in High School, High School Graduate, or GED preferred.

Computer Skills: Strong basic computer skills; Must be able to read, write, and speak English

Must be able to wear appropriate job-specific personal protective equipment (PPE)

Must be available to work days, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
